We currently have two membership options available to our students. Both provide the compulsory "member to member" insurance cover plus a few extra benefits.
NEW STUDENTS
Once your child has attended a free trial session, you can decide together whether to continue the programme and become a full member of our Mixed Movement, Yoga and Martial Arts School - Registered with the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association and Affiliated to the International Budokon University. Membership fees are usually included in the online sign up cost, as a package for new students which also includes class fees. The option to upgrade the type of membership is available before the point of online checkout. For new students, this page serves as a source of information ONLY and there is no need to select and pay for either of the membership options outlined here (or you'll be paying for the same thing twice)!
CURRENT STUDENTS
If your membership has expired and you have not set up a annual automated direct debit payment, then you can use this page for your renewal. The option to add membership renewal is often provided during the booking process for classes. However, if your renewal is due in the middle of a term/ course/ block of classes, then this page is your best option for renewal.
BREAKDOWN OF INSURANCE
Many Parents get confused about student general public liability insurance (member to member) offering remuneration should a student injure themselves during training. Public Liability is separate to Personal Accident. Member to Member Insurance only covers you if your child injures another student in class, or if another student injures your child. However, what happens if your child injures themselves? We’re pleased to be able to offer competitive student personal accident insurance through our club membership to BMABA, to help you and your child feel more suitably covered. You just never know if your child might make a mistake, and injure themselves whilst practising a gymnastics move like a flip or a handstand for example! It’s an optional extra so you don’t have to take it, but priced at just £10 extra per child/ student, for a whole year of Personal Accident cover, it’s one of the most competitive rates around... Is it worth the risk in not taking it?
