Our Kids BDK programme is open to ages 5-12.



The BDK Kids Mixed Movement Arts programme is an extraordinarily holistic approach to educating children by teaching them Yoga, Martial Arts, Mobility, Agility, Animal Locomotion, Gymnastics and Meditation. At BDK London, we teach children the physical, emotional and intellectual skills essential to the development of outstanding character, powerful physical prowess and unstoppable self confidence.



Training Venues



CLASSES RUN WEEKLY AT 2 LONDON LOCATIONS



We currently operate out of two practise areas/ venues, one is South East London - Decathlon Studio in Bermondsey (3 min walk from Canada Water Station).

And the other is South West London - F3PT & Yoga Studio in Lambeth.

Streatham

Budokon Teens



Young adults, are encouraged to join our open class at F3-PT Studio, where their learning, and transition into adulthood is fully supported.

Thursday: 6.30pm - 8.30pm



Surrey Quays

Location: South East London

Studio: Decathlon Studio, London

Friday: 4.30pm - 5.30pm



Online Programme



Coming soon! This will serve both as a training aid for "in-person" students, as well as providing distance learning for those unable to attend classes face to face.



Our special system concentrates on the mastery of movement, attitude, and problem solving. We develop leaders by giving our children the unique opportunity to both learn, and teach techniques. Through this process we call “Sharing Your Knowledge”, the children share in the responsibility of their classmates’ progress, giving them a greater sense of the social responsibility of caring for one another.

Beko Kaygee

Global Budokon® Ambassador, Director of Budokon® UK, and Budokon® London. International Fitness Presenter, and father of two. Beko has been promoting movement, exercise, health and well-being for over 30 years! Involved in training youth of all ages since '93 (from Nursery through to College, and University). He was also nicknamed the "baby whisperer" for his work in prenatal, postnatal, plus parent and toddler sessions (babies would literally fall asleep in his arms while he pushed their mums to their fitness limits)! Known for his professionalism, Beko is ready to help with any of your issues or concerns.

Ely Bortone

Assistant Instructor for Budokon® Kids Club - London and also a Budokon® UK Ambassador. 'Ely' is originally from Italy. She fell in love with Yoga through her own practice which revolutionised her approach to her own body, mind and life. She studied Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga in India, followed by Aerial Yoga in London. In 2018 she discovered Budokon® and completed her Budokon® Yoga Training in Germany the following year. With Budokon® she started exploring new forms of movement, changing her way of practising and teaching. Ely loves working with kids, and especially inspiring the next generation of warrior women!

Camron Yao



JUNIOR Assistant.



An aspiring Mixed Movement Artist, Camron has a background in Taekwondo, Fitness and Calisthenics. He has been doing work experience with us as a volunteer assistant for more than 4 years now, a sure sign of his dedication. He is also the youngest of our Budokon representatives. Currently in University, studying sports science, while also working part time as a lifeguard for Virgin Active Health Clubs. Camron brings a vibrant, fresh perspective and is a valued team member that our young warriors can both relate to and rely on.

A former 'buddy' mentor to primary schoolers, and as an older sibling of 10 years, caring is just 2nd nature!
